Issue with change clip duration window

When I choose change clip duration, the window pops up, but then disappears.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Using 18.1.3 build 8, but had the same issue with the last version.
I do have a screencap of it, but can't attach it.

Just one monitor?
Display Scaling set to 100%?

Thanks Jim,
I have two screens, but just have it running in one.
Just tried it in dual mode, and have the same issue.
UI scaling was on Auto - set it to 100% but still the same.
Good thinking though - I moved Resolve from the second monitor (3840x2160) into the main monitor (1920x1200) and it doesn't have the problem.
So, it only manifests itself on the second.
and then when I moved it back to the second screen the problem is gone.
But when I restart it, the problem is back.
So I have a workaround, but it's still a biy strange.

Ideally, all monitors connected to the system will be identical.
And Resolve should run on the Primary.
