Hi, how I can do this effect on Davinci Resolve

Hello, guys please don't focus on the language of the video, I just wanna learn how when voice speech the text change color and background, I mean the text and how changes. This can be done in Davinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere? Thanks for your time guys

You want to highlight the text as it's heard?

I'm sure it can be done. Would be very time consuming, I think, using keyframes.

Might be easier with a script, but I don't know scripting.

This would be a lot of manual work to do in Resolve.

You'd be better off using an app that can automate the process, like Descript https://www.descript.com/video-editing
