Once updated into 18.1.3 HEVC videos has only audio

I updated DR today into latest version, and found, that all videos in media storage having HEVC codec are shown only as audio icon.

I have paid license for Studio. However, I could not find any information of license in DR UI. ???

What can I do for getting a video track back?

Sounds like you may have 'upgraded' to the Free version by mistake.

DaVinci Resolve>About... will conform.
