How to know if my clips are linked to proxy files

PostWed Feb 08, 2023 11:17 am

Today I used Blackmagic proxy generator for the first time. How do I know that my project clips are now linked to the generated proxies? I remember seeing a tutorial online which instructed me to use relink proxy media feature after proxies has been generated.

Does Blackmagic proxy generator make automated link between project clips and proxies?

Resolve should find them automatically.

With the bin in List view, there is a column you can add to show this.

There's a badge on the lower left of the clip that indicates a proxy is in use.

Thank you for the help. I found that list view column. It is "Online status".

Yes, that's the badge. Glad you also found the list view column. Both are useful :-)
