Subtitle/caption placement

Hi,

I put subtitles in my short film and exported them along with the video. I uploaded everything to FilmHub and when I watched the video the English subtitles/captions worked but are in the center of the screen. The Italian version didn't work at all.

Is there a setting I missed for subtitle/caption placement on export? I didn't burn them in, they were exported as an .srt file.
