Blurred playback with interlaced footage

I have project in 50i - whenever i hit play while standing on second field i get blurred playback . It's not much but it's there. It's visible both on decklink output and GUI preview. Tested on different computers. Is this a bug or a feature and if so how do You disable it?
DR Studio 18.1.3 Build 8
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X @ 3.4GHz
Windows 10 Pro x64
32GB RAM
GTX 1080 Ti 11GB, "Studio" driver 528.02
Blackmagic DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K, driver 12.4.2

@harryfield98 No 1080i shot with FX9. But it seems to be source unrelated as it affects MXF renders from Avid as well.

He is referring to the playback settings for the timeline.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
