AAF audio for Studio One 6

PostTue Feb 14, 2023 6:36 am

Is there anyone trying to use Studio One 6 for their post-work?
I tried to export the timeline as .aaf, but apparently, I have a problem with it - it shut down my entire program upon loading .aaf.

I tried with the FCP XML to Logic Pro, it loads but does not arrange properly as it is in Resolve.

I have been trying very long but I find it hard to load .aaf to studio one.
Anyone be able to share?
Or is it that Protools is still a better choice?

Thank you

Have you tried exporting with the ProTools preset? I just did a simple test with Studio One 5 and it worked.

Do you just drag and drop the .aaf file into Studio One 5?
I tried earlier on for 6, It crashed.

I have the older version, maybe I should give a try on that
