However when I opened davinci resolve my videos were not showing instead there would be just empty line on timeline empty box in media pool and you couldn't do anything with the file same thing happens when I make new project. I attached image of how it looks like. I looked online but no answers hope someone can help me.

Also, it seems if I am using only 1 monitor, I don't have this issue. But not all the time, I have been able to use dual monitors without this issue, so not sure why this is happening.
Support, please advise.
Thank you.

In the Resolve Help menu, select "Create Diagnostics Log on Desktop"
This will place a Resolve log file named similar to this on your Windows desktop: DaVinci-Resolve-logs-20181228_140434.zip (You may not see the .zip extension if your system is set to hide known extensions).
Then open Windows System Information and do a File - Save (Not a File Export), which will generate a .NFO file.
Place both those files on a file sharing site and provide links to the files here.
If you are a new Forum user, you may not be allowed to post URLs. If this happens, just put a space near the front of the URL, so the system doesn't think it's a URL.

Thanks for your help.
My project won't load right now, it freezes. I can only open a new project... I made the log with the new project.
Not really sure what's going on, because the most recent crash log shows Resolve not recognizing the AMD driver. But logs on either side of that do see the 24.12.1 AMD driver.
I also see a message about connecting a 2nd display in one of the logs.
The NFO shows a display connected to the onboard graphics port. If that's accurate, that's a problem. Resolve requires all displays be connected to the RX 7800 XT GPU card.
I'm going to hope that you do indeed have a display connected to the onboard graphics and that moving it and any other displays to the RX 7800 XT GPU card solves the issue.
Such a shame that Resolve doesn’t just check for this case and provide a proper message rather than crashing.

Hi ! I sent this message to my brother who built my PC. He told me to change the spot of my screen cable and put it on my GPU output, not the motherboard. Now it works just fine ! Thank you for your help
