Planar Tracker does not Track to the end

Hello,

this is the first time I use the Planar Tracker because I need to stabilize some footage which does not work in the edit page.
When it tracks to the end (in Point>Translation Mode) at the bottom right it says: Remaining: 0.5 sec and then 15% 5051MB (what ever that means). I can not be short of Space since my SSD has 64 GB free.
When I click on Stabilize nothing happens and the Track Window comes back.
When I click on : Planar Transform it says: This operation will cancel the current render.
I had waited for over 30 min but nothing changed. On top of it, if I want to delete the Planar Tracker Node the spinning ball does not stop and I have to force quit. Sometimes not even that worked and I had to manually shut off with the Power button.
I am using the latest version, ! think 18.3. I just wanted to delete the Node and in the menu I choose : Delete, again it asked me : This operation will cancel the current render and I needed to Force Quit shut down again.

I find the Planar tracker finicky too. It will stop for no apparent reason and not give reason.

Things to do;

Render in place before bringing into fusion. Dnxhr not mpeg4. Burn in color grade if you want it graded before fusion (not trying to compute both at same time). can decompose after track.

Use occlusion mask. if something passes in the way.

Toggle tracker between Point to hybrid point/area

use minimum motion type needed

Pick the channel with the most contrast.

try in 1080p instead of 4k.

Same happening to me now. Just stops for no reason. Sometimes it won't got forward, sometimes not back. If I set another point it might do a section but seems to have a limit on how many frames it will do
