Davinci Resolve activation

PostWed Mar 22, 2023 4:31 pm

I recently bought my first Black Magic, I already downloaded the Davinci Resolve software but I am not sure how/where to use the activation card for the full version of the software. (For reference, I use a Mac) Any help is appreciated! :)

Download and install the latest “Studio” version from this website. It will ask you for the key. You probably downloaded the free version. These are two separate versions. The free version can’t be turned into the Studio version with a key.

These are the download choices.

This is the sort of screen you will see when you run the Studio version for the first time.

Make a note of the Activation code elsewhere in case you lose the card, though you should keep it in a safe place in case you need it again.

Please try to avoid making a post titled Davinci Resolve in the Davinci Resolve forum.
That's like making a post called bug. If everyone did it then nobody would be able to tell what's going on.

You can rename your post by editing the Subject of your initial post - not one of the replies.
