Preset layout issue

Hi all,

Every time I launch DaVinci I have this large blank subtitle area on the timeline panel, and after 90 days on this edit it's starting to get a bit boring resetting the normal heights every time I launch. I've tried saving new presets and looked everywhere for a separate preset for this left panel item but am drawing blanks.

Does anyone know a way out of this infinite loop..?
