Hi,
With a bmpcc 6k pro I was shooting a monitor continuously for about 2 hours and in Resolve saw that a big chunk of the media went offline but then came back on while still in the same shot.
Using 1tb Juggler drive with
Raw
constant bit rate
8.1

I remember seeing Juggler as approved media. Could it be the Juggler?

What is "Juggler"? The only time we've seen files come off line is if there's a timecode issue, a file name conflict, or if the source drive gets disconnected.

I see that the Juggler drive is BMD approved so the problem may have been caused by something else whilst making the recording. Does that error always occur in the same place? If so it would suggest a problem with the recording itself.

Marc, have a look here.

Is the camera set to Stop Recording when frames are dropped? (I think it should be.)

Thanks everybody and sorry for the late replies.

Marc, Juggler in this case is a 1tb drive that I now still think I was right in buying for the BMCC6k pro. I'll look at possible timecode and filename conflicts. I'll poke about in settings. any specific help there appreciated.
Charles, I also recorded on a Lexar 3500 cfast card and the same media drop in the same place happened.
Jim, No the camera was not set to stop on dropped frames. My thinking was why do that when I can edit around but I'm going to reset with Juggler to stop on dropped frames.

Thanks again everybody. Sorry for the late response. Cheers....

Because you may not know frames are bring dropped until you start editing.

It could be those 'offline' frames are just...gone.

Do those missing frames show up in other viewer programs? Besides Resolve?
