Reasons vary.

Try going into Preferences>User>UI Settings and uncheck the two Stop... options. Export again, report back.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

After testing, this problem occurs only when exporting a full video, for example, mxf or mp4, but this problem does not occur in xml to premiere.

This has happened to me when I've set the resolution to an odd number. If the resolution is something like 2400 x 607, round up the 607 to 608.

If you're rendering individual clips, there could be one that's like that (having an odd frame number, instead of even).

Just an idea—could be something else in your case

What are your timeline settings? What's the source media? What format are you exporting? Are there any Fusion compositions in the timeline?

My suggestion would be to drop the render speed on the Deliver page and see if that helps -- at least go down to 25fps if not 10fps, and see if that's less stressful for the system. I wish there was a "Troubleshooting" section in the user manual that would help people diagnose problems like this... but as it is, not enough people actually read the manual. (Not that you don't, just as a general observation.)

3840X2160 timeline 25F
media ALEXA Mini 3840X2160 25F
Just title be 1920X1080
mxf export
I don't use Fusion

There are 5 cases that were exported after episode 6 at noon. Is there a problem.. Now I export to Premiere, and from there I export mxf
