Strange framedrop

After rendering, especially when I switch camera angles, I get one frame frame drops where only the bottom quarter of the image is visible and the other three quarters are black. I have attached a screenshot.

I am using Windows 11
i7 12000k processor
GTX 3060 graphics card
64 gb ram

Please help !

Checking for Operator Error here, have you had a chance to complete any of the training yet, Chris?
