'Reset UI' clears Effects Favorites list

Is it normal for the 'Reset UI' menu option to clear the Effects 'Favorites' list? Is there any way to disable this?

Yes, the Reset UI clears the Favourites listing in the UI and is expected. Don't believe this behaviour may be disabled.

I think that's a bad feature and it should retain the "Favorites" OFX list, particularly if the Workspace was setup with the Favorites list turned on.

Is there a way to save favorites to a folder and load them?
Also is there a way to reorder favorites?
