Clipping at 700mv

have a feeling that this is an easy one but for some resaon i cannot raise my levels above 700mv. I do not have broadcast save enabled. Any ideas?

You have the Scope levels set to Video Level. 700mV is the maximum level. There are a few discussions about this in these forums. Basically it's because Resolve processing is done in a 32 bit RGB format which does not have any headroom, unlike Avid, Premiere or FCP which can process in a YUV colour space which DOES allow for headroom due to the way that processing works.

You just can't. The levels are there, they are not clipped internally, but are clipped on the video out and on the file output. In the Deliver page you can select the option to preserve superwhites and superblacks in the files.
