It’s not clear what you are looking for.
Both versions of Resolve are available on the BMD support website. A link can be found in the announcement about 18.5 above.

If you're asking about a "Light Theme" for Resolve's GUI, Vladimir, there is no such thing.

What you see if all there is.

this is very sad. The developers should have taken care of the light theme. Now I have to do it myself.

It's normally not wanted in a color grading environment, so BM didn't care.
If you help yourself successfully, tell others who may want it.

i may change colour for "Fusion", but not for all BM`windows..

Hi bobah, there is no feature of dark theme/light theme in Resolve. Best thing when color grading is in dark thing. So by default Resolve theme color is grey.
But, hopefully on next release will bring this feature.
