Support for Czech language transcription

Very grateful for adding more languages to video transcription and would love to see support for the Czech language, thanks!

Or add support for uploading your own subtitles for Speech to text editing so you can use subtitles generated with different app for it.

I would also need the transcription to Czech language. And I wouldn't mind paying for it
