Cant Get Youtube Videos to look good, Resolve exprot ?

so i get pixelation on my videos after uploaded to youtube.
if you look this video up on youtube can you can see what is going on - search youtube for

in this video the problem is quite noticable...

These are the settings i use have been using should i change anything ??

format- quck time or mp4 which to choose ?
Codec- h264 or h265?? which to choose ?
encoder- nvidia
resolutin- 3840 x 2160 ultra hd
fram rate- 60 fps
quality- 60000 kb/s
encoding- profile main
key frames- automatic
frame reordering- checked
rate contro- constant bitrate
preset- medium
tuning- high quality
two pass- quarter
lookahead- 16
enable adaptive b frame is checked

is there something i should change??
using a sony alpha camear and quality sigma lens, the origional recording does not get the pixelation so its somethign after editing the video,, it msut be the export settings.

60fps UHD gameplay footage? Try h265 with 150000 kb/s or use DNxHR.
