Studio 18.1.4 Build 9 Crashes/freezes everytime

I have Windows 10 running on a 12th Gen i9-12900K 3.20 GHz, with 64GB RAM, Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti (8gb)
Every time I open Resolve after a short while it refuses to respond.

Task Manager shows about 7-8% of the CPU is being used and no more than 15% of the memory.

The time line contains three layers a basic background with a gradient, an animated -via fusion- waving flag and a series of fusion generated text clips.

Given the above anybody have any idea why it keeps freezing?

Only that project has the issue?

No other, more sophisticated projects, have been doing the same, in DR, hence creating a less taxing project. Honestly I've gone back to using AE for now as I need to get work out.
All drivers etc., are up to date, using Nvidia Studio vs Game drivers.
Sometimes DR will respond but once I start moving the cursor along the time line...
I'm not having any similar issues with any other program/app, including but not limited to Blender, Cinema 4D Lite, Photoshop, AE, PrPro.
I tried attaching a Crash Log but it's too big at 1.5mb?

BTW all drives are SSDs

Crash Logs will need to be uploaded to a file sharing site, such as Dropbox. You then post the link. Staff can examine it and maybe offer advice.
