Importing RED files - unsynced sound

Hello,

I am importing RED files (from camera only) and the sound have been synced. Suddenly, when importing the sound and the video come in two files.
Any idea why that is? Have I unintentionally changed a setting?
Also, if I cannot import it better, what is the best way to sync those files so they become one?
See the screenshot - at first they were all synced, suddenly they came in like that.

I have now realized that the some RED folders have a wav file and some hasn't. The ones with a wav file come in with sound unsynced.
Very strange. I used the Proxy Generator. Maybe this has to do with the camera setting.
