Multicam with External Audio

PostSun May 28, 2023 6:51 pm

so with this video i'm working on, I'm using multicam and external audio. I used the transcription tool to cut and append clips, only to realize that it combined all my audio channels together. Is there a way to unlink these channels, or separate them? I have 2 audio tracks that when combined, now have a lot of reverb (because the mics picked up each other). I'd like to isolate those tracks without having to recut the whole thing, but I can't seem to figure that out.

Duplicate the timeline, in case you later decide you want to revert.
Right click the audio track header and choose Convert to Linked Group... check to see if thats done what you want/need. If not, Undo (or switch to original timeline version).
