How Do I Decrease Size of Anchor Point Rotation Line?

Heya, folks!

Just got finished going through a bunch of footage and was about to start editing when I noticed that the anchor point rotation line was extremely long, and I have no idea why it happened or how I can fix it.

What page are you on? What effect in use? What percentage of Viewer?
