Minimum system requirements

• Windows 10 Creators Update.
• 16 GB of system memory. 32 GB when using Fusion.
• Blackmagic Design Desktop Video 10.4.1 or later.
• Integrated GPU or discrete GPU with at least 2 GB of VRAM.
• GPU which supports OpenCL 1.2 or CUDA 11.
• NVIDIA/AMD/Intel GPU Driver version – as required by your GPU.

Installing DaVinci Resolve software

Double-click the DaVinci Resolve Installer icon and follow the onscreen instructions. To remove DaVinci Resolve from your system, go to the Programs and Features control panel, select DaVinci Resolve, click on Uninstall and follow the onscreen prompts.

Migrating legacy Fairlight projects to DaVinci Resolve

In order to import legacy Fairlight DR2 projects into DaVinci Resolve, download and install the following utility on your Windows system:

After installing the utility, you should see an option to "Import Fairlight Project" in the Fairlight menu in DaVinci Resolve.

I just downloaded 18.6 Studio (Mac). But the disk image won't open. It says it's corrupted. I downloaded it a few times and I get the same thing.

Thanks Mads... I'm actually still on 18.1.4 and not quite ready to update :)

I received the same message. Currently, I'm unable to install DaVinci Resolve Studio 18.6 for Mac.

This is happening to me as well! Also the new Blackmagic Camera 6K clips seem to be corrupted.

Running fine here with no problems.

I also got corrupted disk image error on Mac.

I have downloaded the 18.6 update 3 times - each time the file is corrupted.

I asked it in 2018. Finally!

It looks like 18.6, the Mac version, at least for Studio, is corrupted and fails to install. Downloaded twice, failed to install both times...
And yes, I have restarted my Mac Studio Max M1 but the installation still fails...

I wonder how and where to access the "Ability to remove unused media from a project" under Media and codecs changelist.

I had the same question…. there are three dots in media pool, there it is.
