Single Frames of a Clip show "Media Offline" in 18.6/18.6.1.

So I have several clips where single frames within the clip show "Media Offline" in 18.6/18.6.1. When rendering, the video will not render and gives the error "Current clip could not be processed. Clip could not be decoded correctly."

The same clips worked fine in previous versions. Was hoping 18.6.1 would fix this, it did not. Anyone else seen this issue and know a workaround? I know I can revert to 18.5 and I am pretty certain it would work as I didn't have any issue with any previous versions with these same clips, but wondered if there is a workaround for now until it is fixed.

It does, but then I get the big red "media offline" in my video

What kind of media, James? From what camera?
