Multicam clip isn't working

I create the multicam --> Import it into a timeline --> Double click the multicam --> Change from Source to Multicam --> And when I play it, the playhead moves 1 frame and goes back, or doesn't even move.
The drivers for the video card are fresh. Unfortunately, I can't find a solution to the problem online.

I'm in a hurry so it would be a HUGE help if someone has any idea of what could be the issue.

Davinci Resolve 18.6.3 Build 19

This worked for me untick this box in preferences: "Stop playback when a dropped frame is detected" Preferences → User - UI settings
