Davinci resolve 18.6.6 projects don't open

Hello,
When I try open a project it loads but never actually opens. When I start clicking this little loading window it's not responding and I can only close Davinci.
I had same problem with older version. Updating haven't changed anything.

I tried:
- reinstaling
- updating

I can create a new project and everything works, but when I open it again it crashes (just like I described).

Does Resolve load creating a new Project and Timeline?

Are you able to load other Projects with a new blank Project already open?

Which version of Resolve? Is this a macOS, Windows, or Linux system?

Please include a system spec in your signature.

1. Yes it loads, creates new project, but after saving I cant open it again. There are no issues with creating timeline.
2. I'm not able.
3. Windows version (w11, version 23H2, OSbuild 22631.3296).
