Timecode strangeness - Sources are DF but Resolve shows NDF

PostTue Mar 26, 2024 5:42 pm

Greetings Forum,
Love Resolve, but there are a couple of things that are very strange some feel like bugs, others just seem wrong.

ISSUE 1 - Why do drop-frame TC source values show up in the Record Window TC overlay as NON-drop-frame TC, is this a bug? (See screen grab)

ISSUE 2 - Also, no one counts in fields, why does Resolve display Sequence TC in frames, but sources and duration counters in fields (See screen grab). Just show frames please, or offer a user definable option, does anyone know of such an option?

Thanks in advance,
Jason
