Problem with Blackmagic Cloud

Hi

Is anyone else having an Issue with BlackMagic Cloud.

I pay for a 500GB account and I am paid up for this month, but when I now log onto BlackMagic Cloud via a web browser and go to Cloud Storage it says that I am out of space and need to upgrade. But I only have 23Gb uploaded currently.

I cannot get pass the message to see what is in the Storage.

Not sure how to speak to support as there is no link on the website that I can obviously see.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I spoke with UK Support, who were excellent and very helpful. They have been able to resolve my issue with Cloud Storage module on Blackmagic Cloud.

If it is not very specific to your use case, could you explain the solution?
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
