Stabilization with tracker - manual corrections?

Hi all,

I am using tracker stabilization on Fusion card. I would like use stabilization for my shaky video where a bus is moving on the road but at some point other car is before of the bus and the tracker get lost.
How to deal with this? Maybe there is manual tracker function to use on this fragment with car?
