Project Stuck loading at 100%

Was using my project and next time I went to open it, it suddenly stopped loading all the way. It just says “Loading 100%” with the pinwheel of death. I have sent an email to black magic support where they said it was because I was editing off of an exfat drive (which I have been doing for about a year now with no issues) so I delete resolve add project to hardrive on my Mac and then reinstalled the new resolve 19 to see if it fixed anything but still nothing. I am also having trouble exporting the project and it does not allow me to copy and paste it into a new project file
