How to include only a selected section of a clip into timeli

PostWed Apr 17, 2024 11:07 am

I've dragged a clip into the preview pane.

In the preview pane I've selected an in and out point.

Now that the in and out points are selected, how do I include that section of the clip into the timeline?

Having created the in and out points in the Source viewer, just click on and drag the clip from the Source viewer to the timeline.
You can place a clip that is in the Media Pool into the Source viewer by double clicking on it.

Or drag it to the timeline viewer, hold for a moment, and you get all the options offered.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
