Drag and Drop issue (not functioning at all) Help

I can't drag and drop anything in Resolve. It is behaving as if my left click doesn't function at all. I am able to move clips in the edit page within timeline but can't drag any footage from the bin or source monitor.

Same in the color page, no LUT, power grades, open effects are draggable. Anybody has faced this issue before?

I reinsalled resolve, I have tried running it on administrator mdoe and vice versa. None of them works.

Besides, there is not many resources out there to fix this (apprantely not a common issue I guess)

- Reset workspace UI didnt work
- clean uninstalled using Revo and reinstalled it..(I even had to reactivate my license) still doesn't work ..

I am on ver 19.

Help.
