Video not loading

I just installed DaVinci Resolve 18.6, but when I opened my videos, all of them were black, my preview didn't work and if I tried to get them into the timeline I couldn't see anything, only the audio. I've tried reinstalling the app but it didn't work as well.

My specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x
GPU: Rx 580 8Gb
RAM: 32GB DDR5
SSD: 1T kingston NVME

Not all clips work in the free version.
If you hear audio, but don't see video, there's a high probability it's because of that.

As you said I have tried mov files in the hopes it will work, but it does the same thing, black screen and only the sound appears. I tried looking in the logs and I saw that when I tried to add the video to the media pool it says "FolderEntry failed", I think that's the problem but I don't really know how to fix it.
I added 2 screenshots so maybe someone can help me, thanks.

These MOV videos aren't mine because I don't know how to change a format... they're from a youtube tutorial. I am a beginner so I don't really know what to show to you. I installed Media Info and and used it for 2 clips. I attached the screenshots.

I solved it somehow. I tried reinstalling the drivers for the GPU. After reinstalling them I went in the AMD software: adrenaline edition and saw that DaVinci had a setting called OpenCL Triple Buffering and I activated seeing that in the logs said that the CL wouldn't create. After, I started DaVinci Resolve and it worked. I am not sure if that setting helped but now everything works as normal.
