Davinci Resovle installer and setup wizard setup at the same

I’ve been having massive issue installing davinci, the image below is what keep happening at the end of the process, these two show up if I task manger shut down one of them the other one breaks, and the installing process one is never ending. I tried to delete everything but the files are nowhere to be found on my pc. I tried control panel, program files 86 version as well I tried using the Microsoft uninstall and install but it doesn’t even find it. And then I try using registory editor didn’t exist there either. I then tried just resting the install doing that basically just kept saying I have everything install and click yes if you wish to countine without installing whichever file it was at that point. If I click no it just keeps trying to install it. And then clicking yes through all of it just leaves back to here just an endless amount of installing. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

Are you unzipping the download before trying to install?
Does your computer meet the minimum requirements for running Resolve?
