New user : Where are the programs after installation?

Hello,
I downloaded the DaVinci_Resolve_18.6.6_Windows installer file. After installation, I only have these 4 programs:
-Blackmagic RAW Player
-Blackmagic RAW Speed Test
-DaVinci Control Panels
-Fairlight Studio Utility
Where are the programs for editing videos?

Be sure to use an Admin account for this work.

On your C drive go to OS/Program Files/Blackmagic Design and open it. Open the DaVinci Resolve folder and scroll down to the Resolve.exe. Right click on it and either select Run as Administrator, or Create a Shortcut and put that on your Desktop.

Thank you very much for your answer. Indeed, it works with the shortcut created in my user account. I still find it surprising that the default installation only shows Resolve in an administrator account.

THANKS. Indeed, it works as an administrator. Surprising that the default installation only shows Resolve in an administrator account. I created a shortcut from the program following Charles Bennett's advice.
