I believe the Avid Color panel was End-of-Life'd more than 5 years ago. Given that it first came out about 15 year ago (at least the Euphonix version), it kind of figures that eventually it would go away. My joke about old products like this is, "it's kind of like trying to keep a 1957 Buick alive: sure, you COULD do it, but the amount of time and money and trouble it will take is very challenging."
Maybe not the most helpful idea, but if I were you I would strongly consider updating to another panel, like the Tangent or one of the Blackmagic panels.
