Erroneous Media Offline Deliver

Delivered video has Media Offline frames but they are not really offline.
The exported video file has a just one Media-Offline frame at the 20th frame of a video of 27minutes and also twice one frame with the Media-Offline message at about two seconds before the end of this 27minutes export. The export is an in-out selection of 27minutes out of two hours.
I tried to export just those areas selecting small in-out intervals and I don't get these erroneous media-missing frames.
How can I go around it? Can it be fixed?
(Using 18.6.6 build 7 studio version on Windows 10 professional)

What's your source footage?
What's your storage arrangement?

I hope I am answering the question sufficiently.
Using Multicamera editing
Storage is SSD on Sata3, I am using Proxy data.
The original (wo proxy) is generated by a Sony A7iii, an MP4 fileH.264 High L5.1, 29.970 fps, 4K.
I deliver Mp4 H264 AMD Encoder 1K resolution High encoding profile.
Does this answer your question?
I added an extra filter, a warp in that area that doesn't do much to see if I could force the software to behave differently and it resolved it. I'll know more continuing editing and delivering it.
Thank you.

Giovanni, Hello
The first step I could recommend is to check if the option "Stop renders when a frame or clip cannot be processed" is on. (It's located in menu Davinci Resolve > Preferences > User > UI settings)
This won't let Davinci continue rendering if something wrong happened with the frame or clip.
Some users posted tutorials on YouTube to uncheck this option but it's not a solution at all because in the final result you can encounter "media offline" frames and the process of manually finding them is not a joy at all.
The second step would be analyzing which clip on a timeline could not be processed and what may not be okay with it

Thank you shestakov for the reply. I was not aware of the option "Stop renders when a frame or clip cannot be processed".
I believe though there is a bug in resolve and I think it appeared on 19.0. I am reporting it to them.
Randomly it places "Media Offline" that are instead available. Sometimes I have to wait few seconds to have it appearing but they are there. I have the impression is related to the cache, not sure.
It behaves as if in some cases during the delivery if some clips takes too long to get processed it gives an internal time out and keeps going. The behavior is pretty absurd but I also have the impression it appeared with the version 19. I can re render and they are there. These are internal SSD. and there are no issues with the hardware.
Does someone know where is the right place to report bugs with the beta release?

Hi, it's interesting you encounter the same problem that users of DR Studio experience when using MacBook with M3 Pro chips inside with 422 10 bit h.264 clips. But as I understood, you are a Windows user. Maybe understanding this problem will help to fix such behaviour on both systems
