Audio Clipping and Glitching on rendered output

I've been having this issue as well. I only hear it when the file is rendered, and you can see the "pop" or "glitch" in the wav file (using a PC). I thought that it might be the processing having issues with the plugins. If I render the same audio with the exact plugins within FL Studio I do not get the pops or glitch, but if I bring that same audio into a DR project, and export a MP4 file I will end up with a pop or glitch.

I think the clip I was trying to add maybe too big here's the file on YouTube
it happens around 1:41:24 - 26

I have to replace the audio on SoundCloud which is ok, but for YouTube I will have to export the file again with the FL Studio audio in another Video Editor to make sure I don't have the same result. Wasting time!

Please indicate Resolve version, operating system, and computer spec - preferably in your signature.

Are deliverables artefact free using the Timeline menu > Bounce Mix to Track command prior to outputting via the Deliver page?

Hey Reynaud, I trust all is well. I'm still having this issue, almost a year to the date. More noticable now then before. I can export an mp3 file no problem, but as soon as I try to render and mp4 I get the audio glitches. For a while I was able to render video and audio seperately, then render them together and it would be fine, but since the update even that creates artifacts. I got rid of Vegas for doing my final pass thinking I had this problem licked, but it looks like I may have to go back if I can't solve this problem.

Have not reproduced this issue on macOS or Windows 10.

Does the Bounce Mix to Track function prior to generating deliverables not improve behaviour?

Never had that happen on my system with any version of 19 or 20. It would suggest that there is something else going on with your system.
