I wanted to give this program a try as Im trying to get rid of adobe.
When launching, Im getting error of Unsupported GPU processing mode.

After going to see Memory and GPU list. There is no GPU listed in GPU configuration.
GPU is listed in device manager, dxdiag, speccy. Installed GPU is RX590.
Its on supported list even.

I have updated GPU drivers with deleting old drivers, i have reverted to older drivers, i have reinstalled Resolve with deleting registery/cache, leftover files with unistaller... Nothing works.
I have force disabled my motherboard GPU, i have enabled motherboard GPU, I have updated bios, i have updated windows.

What Im missing?

This will help in an investigation by developers:

Dwaine Maggart wrote:In a File Explorer window, go to:

C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve

and run CaptureLogs

This will place a Resolve log file named similar to this on your Windows Desktop: DaVinci-Resolve-logs-20181228_140434.zip (You may not see the .zip extension if your system is set to hide known extensions).

Then open the Windows System Information app and do a File - Save (Not a File Export), which will generate a .NFO file.

Place both those files on a file sharing site and provide links to the files here. Make sure the links don't require access credentials.

If you are a new Forum user, you may not be allowed to post URLs. If this happens, just put a space near the front of the URL, so the system doesn't think it's a URL.

cheers,
Dorin
