R19.1 Issue with Dual Stereo Output

If you render an output as MXF DNxHD for example with dual stereo output see the screenshot.
Then you end up with four mono tracks exactly as if the Setting Render one track per channel is always on.
It's was not happening with 18.6.6 or 19.0.3 release.
