Touch bar solutions for Windows & New Macs

I'm a big fan of the Mac Touch Bar.

Is there a third-party solution compatible with both Mac and Windows?

The features i appreciate the most are virtual dials for basic color grading and pinch-to-zoom functionality for navigating timelines.
