Audio level for Youtube

I'm trying to match the dialogue audio level with the previous episodes (edited by other people).

I downloaded the mp3 of previous episode on YouTube as my reference track.
I then normalized my clips according to YouTube standard.
My clips are noticeably quieter than the reference track.

What should I do? Thank you!!!

System: MacBook Air M1
Version: Davinci Resolve 19

What if you manually raise the level? Do a test of 10 seconds until the level is correct, and then render the entire file.
