Transciption won't save/export with Speaker ID to Word

I get the transcription to show up with Speaker 1/Speaker 2 identified. But when I try to export/save/ (tried them all) it into Word, the individual Speakers don't show up. How to make it work?

Going from memory, so this may be wrong.

Right now, you can't. I believe there is a Feature Request to make it possible. Try a search...
