Export does not look color correct

I have tried so many ways to get my export to look the same as my timeline but continue to see bad results.

I am coloring on a mac and color manage all my settings. Coloring CLOG3 footage, using color space transform etc.

Does anyone know the correct timeline and/or export settings when uploading to web?

Any suggestions are welcome

The above articles will explain why things change on different displays, different playback engines, and the importance of calibration and color-managed outputs.

I generally try to export a second or two of SMPTE Bars at the head of the project, and I import the file back into Resolve to check it on scopes to verify all the levels are correct. Using calibrated displays is a must -- without that, you have no idea what you're looking at. We also accept that the basic picture is going to change a little bit on different devices, because that's life.

Every time this comes up, I die a little inside.

One lesson from class I still remember...and agree with.

You can only trust the image when viewed on a calibrated display from a hardware device. How it looks anywhere else just doesn't matter.
