Are there steps to follow to upgrade to Studio?

PostTue Nov 26, 2024 10:55 pm

I just bought Studio. I've been using Resolve, the free version, for about 3 months, now, and I have a bunch of projects in it. Are there any particular steps I should follow to insure I keep/transfer my projects properly to Studio?

Thank you, btw, for the free version. It helped me make my decision.

Yes. You want to back up your database(s) first. Pretty much do this any time you update Resolve. Then uninstall the free version and install the Studio version.

If you are on Mac, just download and install Studio. On Windows, uninstall free and install Studio.
