cloud payment from India

Hi,
I am from India using a HDFC Card to pay for the Blackmagic cloud...
But i get a message that recurring payments cant be done.
I am attaching the SMS i received as well.
Kindly Guide me with this please...

Is there any other way to pay for the same...

Can you pay by PayPal? I assume that BMD can accept PayPal payments from around the world, but I honestly don't know for sure.
