Mp4 sound without image

Hello,
I've just installed the free version of davinci and all the videos mp4 in a project only have sound, while the other videos outside the project work fine.
What could be the solution?

You may need Studio or a Mac.
But you can also transcode your clips or switch your camera to a compatible codec, if it allows.

The free version does not support 10bit h264 or HEVC h265 in Windows which is why you only get the audio.
