My screen resolution is 2560 x 1600 (Recommended), scale is 150% (recommended), in Resolve UI Display scale is set to Auto.
I only get two columns at the bottom, curves and keyframes. With this resolution, I believe I should have three columns, I could have wheels, curves and keyframes but I only get two.
Where am I going wrong?

In version of Resolve 19.1 its been a bit clunky, devs should take a look into it, but if UI for some reason gets wild on you, do this...







You can expand scopes to be a floating panel , but not the keyframes, so there is option to expand it when key framing. Or to get enough space for two scopes, side by side. So you have to go to keyframe panel and use the button to contract the UI a bit.

Try changing that to 100%.

Even on 100% scaling this is what you now see on a single screen, so a change has come about. No problem though if you use two screens.
This is as it was in 19 Beta (I don't have a screen shot of 19.0) and before. Still using the same monitor and scaling in19.1 this is what you get.On dual screens you get the three panels back.

I don’t see that here on a single screen in 2560 x 1440. Try a GUI reset.

This of course is where one feels stupid. Because it always worked before I never gave a UI Reset a second thought. Of course that cured the problem. Thanks Uli.
