When using Video Collage effect and creating tiles if you go to Effects in the Inspector panel there are a variety of options. After adding animations, there is a section called "Easing & Blur of All Tiles". But that is not working for "all tiles", it only works for the clip/tile that is currently selected. Either it is broken or the label is incorrect. If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know.

How are you testing weather or not its working?

It works for me, so maybe I'm not seeing something you are.
